Nutrition is the way of taking nutrients from the food we eat. Each and everyone has their specific demand for nutrients as per their body requirement. There are so many factors like age, height, weight, daily energy expenditure, etc which regulate our nutritional requirements. While focusing on nutrition we should focus on both the quality and quantity of the food. A healthy diet can prevent diseases like obesity, heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes, immune diseases and malnutrition.
